By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jeetwim platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application interface — you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as they appear at the time of your access. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of jeetwim, including registered account holders, players who have not yet completed registration, and visitors who browse the platform without registering. Continued use of jeetwim following any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms & Conditions are made available in English. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. jeetwim reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the account holder cannot demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings accumulated prior to age verification may be voided if the player is found to be under 18 years of age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a jeetwim account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number registered in Bangladesh. You must not register using false, misleading, or another person's details. jeetwim reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time, including via third-party identity verification services.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jeetwim. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held within duplicate accounts, and permanent exclusion from the platform. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created under your details, you must contact our support team immediately at support@jeetwim to have it resolved.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeetwim operates a Know Your Customer programme in order to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing account monitoring. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Election Commission of Bangladesh
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to jeetwim remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your phone number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly or contact support to assist with the update. jeetwim will not be responsible for service disruptions or failed transactions arising from outdated account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your jeetwim account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jeetwim will not be liable for any losses, including wagered funds or bonus credits, that result from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you disclosed, shared, or inadequately protected your credentials.

If you suspect that your jeetwim account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the support team immediately so that your account can be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetwim and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's details
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interfere with the platform's operation
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus conditions
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes — any winnings accrued from such exploitation may be voided at jeetwim's sole discretion
• Using jeetwim for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Abusing customer support staff in any manner, including via threats or offensive language

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeetwim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to individual players may vary depending on account verification status and transaction history.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply to all transactions on jeetwim. Current transaction limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically. 4.3 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review prior to processing. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within one business day of approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to three business days. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified jeetwim account holder. jeetwim does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on jeetwim are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeetwim does not conduct currency exchange and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs incurred by the player when using Visa or Mastercard cards issued in foreign currencies are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on jeetwim are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. jeetwim does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where the platform itself has experienced a technical error that materially affected the bet placement process.

5.2 Void Bets

jeetwim reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling window; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement; the result of an event is subject to official investigation for integrity concerns; or a player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions in connection with the bet. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.3 Live and In-Play Betting

Live and in-play betting markets on cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international series are subject to suspension and re-opening at jeetwim's discretion during the course of play. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension of the live market will be honoured only if the market odds had not materially changed due to an event that was known at the time of placement. In cases of doubt, jeetwim's decision is final.

5.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games available on jeetwim, including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio environments audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the individual game's information panel. Past results do not influence future outcomes in RNG-certified games.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jeetwim employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus; exploiting low-risk hedging strategies to neutralise wagering risk while completing bonus turnover requirements; and coordinating with other players to collectively fulfil bonus conditions. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may face permanent suspension from promotional programmes.

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to expiry. jeetwim's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions seeks to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

jeetwim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jeetwim will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of jeetwim following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

10.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your jeetwim account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team via live chat or at support@jeetwim. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jeetwim will process any outstanding withdrawal of your remaining account balance to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal request or identity verification review is pending.

10.3 Account Suspension or Termination by jeetwim

jeetwim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; or reasonable suspicion that continued account operation presents a risk management or regulatory concern.
